PRELIMINARY ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION REPORT
You can access the Preliminary Environmental Information Report (PEI Report) on this page.
This sets out the preliminary results of our environmental impact assessments. The PEI Report is in three parts: a non-technical summary, introductory chapters (chapters 1-5) setting out the background to the Scheme and the assessments, and technical chapters setting out our assessments of different potential impacts (chapters 6-18). It is accompanied by a set of figures and appendices, referred to in the main report.
