We carried out a statutory consultation between 22 September and 18 December 2020.

You can access copies of the materials that we presented at the statutory consultation on this page and on the downloads page.

Following the statutory consultation, we had regard to the comments received and refined our design for the proposed Sunnica Energy Farm. Our Development Consent Order (DCO) application was accepted for Examination by the Planning Inspectorate on 16 December 2021 and our application documents have been published on the National Infrastructure Planning website (please note that this link will take you to the Planning Inspectorate’s National Infrastructure Planning website).

Our DCO application includes a Consultation Report setting out how we had regard to the responses that we received.

For further information on how to get involved in the Examination of the Sunnica Energy Farm application, please visit the homepage.
